"Called them on Monday, they returned my call and said they’d try and call round that evening or book them for the Thursday. I text the address as requested….nothing. Text again asking to confirm the booking for Thursday….nothing. Tried calling…..nothing. Waste of space and a joke of a business."
"Friendly and helped us out temporarily when nobody else available. Reassured us the problem wasn’t as bad as we’d been led to believe and seemed to sort it quickly. Call out charge but nothing more. (Update - sadly came back from holidays to find leak back and kitchen floor soaking) so the problem wasn't sorted."
