"Very disappointed, a lot of verbage about how the job was going to be done, told it would take an hour but got a call to say it was done half an hour later and rushed back, wish I had stayed. I had asked for two chimneys to be cleaned but he didn't have time to do second one as he had so many other jobs. He put down a small green sheet in front of a white coloured fireplace - found a film of black dust over everything especially floor so dust sheet was probably dirty in first place therefore spread everywhere - I paid £125 for the privilege, NOT a happy bunny!!"

"Be aware of Paul's scaremongering tactics.He tries to back you into a corner regarding how unsafe your appliance is to approve of building regulations.Be very aware of this as this is where he strikes to add a significant amount of money to the price of materials. From my own experience he managed to treble the price of some materials ,without producing an invoice or reciept which he had agreed to.Get a second opinion before you consider using Black Magic Sweep, cannot stress this enough."
