"We recently got 20 solar panels installed, alongside the battery, inverter and EDDI. The team installed in one day, were very tidy and took the time to explain everything to us. They also provided some after installation support. "I reached out to Blue Sky Energy because I was quite interested in solar but had no real idea about the technology, the long term benefits and the upfront investment. I was interested but didn't know enough to make a decision. I didn't know if it was for me. Robin very kindly came over, conducted an on-site survey, and answered A LOT of questions that I had. He knew all the answers and is clearly an expert in the field. A few days later, I received a written solar install proposal (without any hard sell) which clearly laid out all the details of the products to be installed, the technology being used, how it works, and what my projected electricuty cost savings would be going forward. I reached out, and 2 weeks later the installation took place and was fully complete in 1 day. The installation team were excellent - very professional, efficient and clearly experienced in what they do. Communication from Robin was excellent throughout, with prompt and detailed updates, including guidance relating to selling excess power to the grid, and Building Control requirements. The system has been installed for a few weeks now - and it really works! The equipment used is high quality and the technology allows for contstant monitoring.
