Kept up to date with their messaging service including ETA to arrive each time. Dean had everything up and running and also very kindly fixed a minor drip under the sink. Could recommend highly enough."

We made a decision to change the boiler and Carl was able to fit us in the next day so we didnt have to go without hot water over a weekend!
