"I contacted the engineer (Chris) regarding a fault in our gas heating system, he arranged to visit the next morning, arrived on time and found the fault in the boiler within a couple of minutes, he took the time to show me what the fault was. He arranged a return time for the following day with a replacement part, again he arrived prompt on time and completed the work.
