"Matthew was instructed to complete painting and decorating estimating for me on a number of occasions. For each of the projects, the costings were returned late, bar one. Just this one was on time because I had left a review previously and he requested that I amend my review following his timely return. For one local project I was keen to secure with a local developer, I had lost out because the tender was not returned after 1 week following advance payment. Matthew refunded me the money but did not seem bothered by the lost opportunity. He did not appreciate how this reflects on my business as a reputable contractor -it is both embarrassing and unprofessional. Despite giving him another chance, sadly, I saw no real improvement. The one time he did return on time was, in my opinion, to have the review amended. I now use another QS that returns when they say they will."
