Glenn was out within 2 hrs and informed me exactly of the problem, when they could fix it and approx costs. Great communication from start to finish. Lewis who completed the works was lovely and friendly. Carried out the works professionally and very tidily. Excellent service from start to finish and I would highly recommend! "Have had the gas boiler serviced previously and no bother. Recent service showed repairs were needed and told a quote would be offered shortly. Had to phone and ask a week later for a quote and only told we would be contacted and offered no further detail. This was over 2 weeks ago and still waiting to hear back. Very disappointed as we have had the boiler serviced for a few years and felt the customer service was great until now."
