Before I could fully explain what I needed, the call was abruptly ended with “thank you for your phone call, I can’t help you.” This felt dismissive and unprofessional. "I called at Finakeys today about 10 minutes before closing time to get 2 spare front door keys cut . The day before a Timpson’s outlet had tried to cut the key twice but it didn’t work. The key cutter at Finakeys kept the shop open til after closing time in order to do the job and both spares are working perfectly. On my experience today I highly recommend Finakeys.
