"I called Gavin at 9:30 last night after my son's apartment was left with no power. He was very helpful and asked me to send him photos of the fuse box that was causing the problem. Gavin took the time to review them and replied with suggestions on how to resolve the issue and said that if we couldn't get the problem resolved he would send someone out the following day. Whilst the building caretaker was able to resolve the problem this morning I was very impressed at how willing Gavin was to take the call so late in the evening and try to sort us out. Unlike the cowboy who I rang before calling Gavin. On the basis of seeing one photo he quoted me £1,500 to replace the entire fuse box! If my son has any further electrical problem in his apartment he'll be straight on the phone to Gavin."
