"We weren’t at home on their first visit. Arrived back to a card in the letter box saying “Spilt fert on rear lawn, will come back to fix.” They had left a pile of orange pellets in our back garden that has created a bald spot on the grass, and clearly made no attempt to clear it up on the day. Cancelled the service a few weeks later as they still hadn’t attempted a fix."
