"Have cancelled on me on a friday afternoon for a move on Monday. Not even a phone call- Just an email which I may not have seen. I live alone and now am going into the weekend with no movers booked for Monday. Everything is ready to go and mortgage competed. I am absolutely disgusted there is no contungency plan available for a broken down van when there is over 48 hours until moving . Ridiculous to leave someone in this position without so much as a phone call."
