"I had all intention Of giving Murdocks 5 stars , after being to almost every building yard in County Down I must say very friendly and attentive,from the minute we arrived ,great helping me getting what I needed , I didn't even mind the day late delivery, because things do happen but because of a silly miss calculation part of my order was wrong meaning I had to put off my job start , got that sorted paid for new order straight away but have to wait, no date for new delivery and kept putting me of on phone , no ring back , now of course I've lost my space with my builder , not happy 🙃 I would just like to say that after speaking to the manager everything was fixed and delivered, thank you so much and Will most definitely being using Murdocks again , just the fact that they are pleasant to deal with ,"

"Went for timber and was about to park outside the yard when a helpful member of staff ushered me into the yard to a customer parking space. A second member of staff appeared straight away and offered to help me. I explained what I wanted and was given the advice needed to decide what was needed for my project. He even cut up the wood to my requirements in order for it to fit in the car. Very pleasurable shopping experience! Highly recommended."
