MY house MOT - Property Maintenance

"A job that should have lasted, perhaps a week took nearly two months. Spare parts required, wrong parts arrived. More parts ordered, this all took time, annoying but understandable. But what annoyed me most was the attitude of one person who answered the phone. It wasn't Brian. He told me I was fortunate his firm took on the job. Spare parts were hard to find, no one elce would have taken it on. But he had all the details before starting and added I was getting it at a dirt cheep price - almost £300 to fix 3 kitchen drawers. He was arragant, overbearing, demanded payment before starting- that was my big mistake. I then became irrelevant and invisable and of no consequence. The job was eventualy finished this morning 6th june by a helpful joiner, Jamie. I dont know who this person was, but if I owned the company he would now be unemployedĺ"
