NI Water

"Reported pungent smell at side of house. NI Water sent out a really good guy who flagged up an old manhole entry on the property + explained the problem. A week later a lady came round to confirm it + book a new manhole cover which was duly put in a few days later by nice guys who were quick + helpful. They've forwarded an investigation to see if the smell is linked to the local treatment plant. All in all, for all our gripes about public services, very pleased with how they responded + how pleasant all the people were."

"If I could I would give 0 stars. Customer service beyond rude. They just turn water off without any notification prior to it or during the shut down, even when it is PLANNED maintenence. When I asked in the live chst as to why, they only sent a link to the complaint page of their website. The opinions of citizens do no matter anyways."

"The staff are horrid rude people who do not care about you. Blunt and rude. Their drivers are intentionally arrogant to members of the public. I made a complaint and they just said the driver can more or less speak to you however they please and they won’t proceed with a complaint."

"An absolute disgrace. Warmest day yet and they turn our water off. Said it would be back on at 6.pm and still nothing. It's a good job we drink bottled water. I reckon this was a planned operation to see all of us up here without water on the warmest day of the year. Disgraceful"

"NI Water were fantastic at sorting my drainage problem out, in spite of being so busy after the storm. From customer services to the wonderful guy who did the physical work they were all excellent. I was also given some great advice for the future. Well done team 👏 👍"
