"We are totally delighted with the work that Praxis Construction carried out to completely transform our kitchen/diner and garden. Here are some before/after photos. Stephen and Seamey are the kind of builders you hope (but dont expect!) to find -honest, reliable, punctual, hardworking. From the off Stephen’s communication was great. He quoted so throughly and although our project threw up numerous challenges, he offered options and solutions, being totally transparent about costs. And always with a smile. Seamey and the guys on site were friendly, polite and worked so hard, during some really awful weather. They cleaned up after themselves every day, which was especially appreciated as we mainly work from home. Whenever we changed our minds over things like radiator positions etc and Seamey didn’t bat an eyelid, nothing was a bother to him. They also went above and beyond to remove and replaster a ceiling which was caving in (and nothing to do with the job). This happened the week before Christmas but they left the house completely spotless for the holidays! We were so impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Praxis to anyone. "Honestly I don’t even know where to begin, we had numerous builders come to review the job, not one of them were able to quote the project and never got back to us, from the first phone call conversation Stephen was professional, friendly and helpful. Stephen arranged a time and date to quote our job, and was there bang on time, and agreed to send the quote across to ourselves asap. We were that confident with the visit and the initial conversation that we had booked Stephen and the team before our quote had even come through. We had a full house renovation, (kitchen, utility, bathroom, ensuite, plastering, floors, doors, windows, plumbing, electrics, brick work, decorating, media wall, etc.) and from beginning to the end Stephen, Seamus and the team were absolutely fantastic! They arrived on the exact date and time we agreed on the works beginning, and arrived on time every single day, Stephen kept in regular contact throughout the entire process, checking in continually and making sure that we were happy and satisfied throughout. Nothing was ever too much to ask and I did add on quite a few extras as we went along the way, including a sun tunnel which has made a massive difference to the light in our hallway! The team left the house clean and tidy everyday, and carried out the work to the highest standard. I would highly recommend Praxis Construction to anyone, their work and professional take on everything they do is nothing short of amazing! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them, and any building work big or small we will be sure to be using again and again! Massive thank you to the whole team!
