"This QS was used in my new build property development. The end result of all properties in the development is awful including broken balcony deckings, largely damaged internal structures and unsafe incorrect materials being used. This was in collaboration with the Umiya group in which both parties are refusing to take responsibility or reply to any communications from residents. This is being raised with relevant support groups under the warranty all residents have. If you see or hear projektQS or Umiya group around your interests, stay well away as they definitely do not have yours at heart."
