"I recently purchased a number of bathroom items from Soaks , unfortunately the bathroom radiator was faulty per comments of my own plumber. I contacted Soaks and was directed to Kyle who dealt with such issues. Within 1 week Kyle had organised a new radiator from their warehouse and arranged for a Soaks plumber to install my new radiator without charge! I can honestly state that Kyle was brilliant to work with on this issue , he took full responsbility of the matter, I wasn't sent to anyone else and what he said he would do, he did and all within the week; and kept me updated throughout. Cant praise Kyle enough, he relieved a lot of stress for me and the radiator install was leak free!. That is what I call 5 star after care ! I would recommend Soaks to anyone who is considering any purchases! Excellant service!"

Eddie guided us on design and was very accommodating with my late change of decision on our bath. Everyone involved, Eddie, Kyle, Ras, and Lynn were a pleasure to deal with.
