"Real poor interactions with the MD at Toner. Their opening hours were displayed as open on Saturday so, as I tried to collect on Saturday, they were closed. They don’t have ‘full control’ over their google opening hours supposedly, so perhaps the fairies broke in to the computers and changed their opening hours without their realisation. No real interest in rectifying the issue to create a good customer experience. All that being said they offer great products on their website but the customer service end does needs work before I would ever go back."
