"I found this place by accident after going to so many places for euro cylinders for my upvc door. Being female I was given the run around from different places. Then I was spoken to by a member of staff from Screwfix. She kept on suggesting that I get the most expensive cylinders even though I said it was for rental properties! She then confused me by saying I had to get a 6 pin or it won’t fit! She did not have a clue!!! Well thank god there a good people around. This fabulous gentleman ‘Adrian’ was a godsend as he took time to explain the differences in cylinders, handles, letterbox etc. So nice, help and very approachable!
